Mild neutralizing agent in the leather industry

GREIBOTAN GNT

GREIBOTAN GNT is a very mild neutralizing agent and retains simultaneously without adding weight to the leathers. Due to its special character it lowers the iso-electric point of the wetblue, improves the penetration of retanning materials, dyes and fatliquoring agents.

pH of a 10 % solution:	7.3 - 8.3

GREIBOTAN GNT has a strong complexing power towards chrome leathers and astringency, therefore it penetrates very rapidly, shortens the processing time and yields a fine grain. It can be used alone or in combination with neutralizing salts, such as formiate and bicarbonates.
