Softening stabiliser for application in the fatliquor
GREIBOPOL STE
GREIBOPOL STE is applied by itself or in combination with suitable GREIBOSOL products during pickle or mineral tanning. By the use of GREIBOPOL STE a better distribution of the fatliquor and an improved softness will be achieved.

The better penetration of the fatliquor causes better physical requirements, like the tear- or tensile-strength. Pickled pelts or wet-blues, which often tend to get lay-wrinkles, can be wetted back after the GREIBOPOL STE treatment without any problems.

Method of diluting: |
The used fatliquoring agent should be measured out and GREIBOPOL STE is added whilst stirring. Water should be stirred into the mixture at 60 °C. |
GREIBOPOL STE is suitable for the washing of already mineral tanned leathers which have a high content of natural grease. With GREIBOPOL STE the natural grease will be emulsified and evenly dispersed, whilst allowing the other chemicals to have their optimal effects.
