GREIBOCUT TU

GREIBOCUT TU is a high-alloyed cutting oil on mineral oil-basis for the machining of steels and especially for aluminium and magnesium alloys.

GREIBOCUT TU contains EP-additives, fatty substances and rust preventing components. The additive level makes GREIBOCUT TU unusable for copper, bronze and their alloys, but well suitable for aluminium and non-ferrous alloys (silumin).

GREIBOCUT TU is suitable for medium and heavy-duty chipping operations, e. g. milling, turning, deep hole boring, thread cutting, broaching, reaming, etc.

The product finds its application in milling and turning machines, as well as in automats (NC, CNC, multi spindle and gear machining). In the Automotive Industry, GREIBOCUT TU has well proven in the production of e. g. gear boxes (aluminium or magnesium) and gear wheels.

GREIBOCUT TU provides high cutting performance and low tool wear. it prevents built-up edges, resulting in high surface finish.
